Well, what can I say? Have been ordering here for a while now, probably 3-4 times a month, and have never had any issues. Service always great, food good, and reasonably priced too. Ordered from here last weekend - 2 Pizzas. Arrived withing the estimated time slot of an hour, all good, until we opened the boxes to find what only resembled 2 Pizzas which had been thrown out of a 10th floor window - pizza basically folded into itself, toppings all over the box, soggy pizza base, it was carnage! Now to be fair, I did message Spice Magic, who sent another 2 Pizzas FOC, but only after I asked for this, and after they took no responsibility and without apology, straight away blamed the driver. Tonight, I ordered 2 curry's, 2 Nan breads and mixed Pakora. Estimated delivery time 1hr.... Wasn't too bothered, as I know they usually deliver in a shorter time than estimated..... 1hr 30 mins passed..... No delivery. Called Spice Magic, asked what my order was, not my address, and the typical response "it's already left, should be with in next couple of mins"....... 5 mins after I recieved a text saying my order is Now on the way. 20 Mins later..... Still no delivery, called Spice Magic back again.... Guy was pretty rude, like I was bothering him, guess what..... BLAMED IT ON THE DRIVER, and that it's nothing to do with the takeaway, no apology again..... About 10 mins after this, takeaway arrived. Had to heat up the 'curry' in the microwave - batter on the mixed Pakora was chewy as had obviously been out for delivery for some time. Chilli Korma was more like Campbell chicken condensed soup with some coconut and chilli flakes, with 5, yes 5 pieces of chicken! Also, ordered a garlic nan... Got a plain nan!! This place used to be really good, don't know what's happened, but won't be ordering again!

Probably the most depressing takeaway we've ever ordered. Stone cold, soggy, and the 'large kebab' was mostly salad than donner meat. Two positives though, cheap and fast delivery. Still wouldn't recommend.

I’m a simple man. I want kebab and I get a kebab. This kebab didn’t disappoint. Fantastic. Recommended!
